  2. Good morning Nate,

PJM apparently is giving up breakfast as he posted a easy picture.

My wild guess for your person of mystery is Jorge Bolet,a great pianist.

  3. I have no idea! :) But I find it fascinating how the collar of his shirt gives him a 'devilish' goatee.

  4. At first I thought it was a picture of young Walter Cronkite but looking at his youthful mug convinced me otherwise.

Then thought the ominous shadow was a factor but his face wasn't near as pouchy as Edgar Allen Poe.

So in the meantime, I can't tell.

  5. Followed up on the white tie that the POM is wearing, and found famous magician Harry Blackstone, aka "The Great Blackstone", né Harry Boughton.

    Born: September 27, 1885
    Died: November 16, 1965

"Blackstone enjoyed great success in the vaudeville and movie theaters, best known for his Dancing Handkerchief, Vanishing Canary and Cage, and The Bear Illusion."

  8. I’m impressed, I must say. Really rarely do I encounter a blog that’s both educative and entertaining, and let me tell you, you have hit the nail on the head. Your idea is outstanding; the issue is something that not enough people are speaking intelligently about. I am very happy that I stumbled across this in my search for something relating to this.
