Happy Liberation Day!

Today we celebrate Guam Liberation Day!  It was on this day in 1944 that American soldiers retook the island from the occupying Japanese forces.

Today we celebrate the heroes of that day and the long-suffering Guamanian people.

Enjoy all the Liberation Day festivities today!  No contest this week.  I've been busy organizing things for our Boy Scout Summer Camp trip – more postings soon.
