Who was "Logan", Nate? I can't believe you missed the opportunity to give us a little history lesson. You must be out enjoying the last days before workshops start.

Logan, was going to be the Person-of-Mystery for this upcoming weekend, but since you asked, he was a Union officer during the Civil War and an unsuccessful vice presidential candidate in the election of 1884, and the person who really got Memorial Day going. He is also the namesake for a neighborhood where I used to work when I lived in Chicago.
