Tho I'm no Celestial,
I know what I'd like
To assist in enjoying the view–
A ride in the Tower
And a stroll down the Pike
And a plate of Chop Suey with you

At the time of its completion (1898) it was the tallest building in Chicago (86 meters heigh), making it a major tourist attraction in the early 1900s. It still exists, although without the top of the tower.

I love old post cards . . . and the handwritten sentiments. How cute and romantic is that . . . chop suey with you?
